My name is Lorena Bahamon, and I am a Mortgage Loan Officer at Salute Home Loans, a veteran-owned company dedicated to serving those that serve in our communities and country.
As the proud wife of an Army veteran, I have a deep personal connection to the sacrifices and dedication of our service members. This inspires me to go above and beyond to assist these families navigate the home loan process, ensuring they feel supported and empowered every step of the way. Joining Salute Home Loans allows me to align my professional expertise with my passion for giving back to the veteran community. With over 23 years of experience in the banking industry, I now feel like I have a home I can feel proud of!
Also, being bilingual in Spanish and English, I am proud to support the Latino community and other underserved groups by offering personalized guidance to help them build financial stability and wealth through real estate. I combine my extensive industry knowledge with a personalized approach to ensure my clients feel confident and informed throughout the process.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, training in CrossFit, and advocating for financial literacy and empowerment. Helping others achieve their goals is at the heart of everything I do, and I look forward to continuing this mission at Salute Home Loans.

I live an active and balanced lifestyle, always striving to grow physically, mentally, and professionally. CrossFit is a big part of my routine, and I love training alongside my eldest son. I also enjoy running and challenging myself with new fitness goals. Beyond fitness, I’m passionate about personal growth, financial empowerment, and helping others achieve their dreams. Every day, I aim to live with purpose, gratitude, and determination.
Family
Family is at the heart of everything I do. I am a proud mother of three amazing kids—two boys and a girl—who inspire me every day. Watching them grow, learn, and chase their dreams is my greatest joy. My husband, has been my partner in life for over 25 years. We met when he was in the Army, and since then, we’ve built a life together based on love, support, and shared goals. As a family, we cherish our time together, whether it’s celebrating milestones, staying active, or simply enjoying the little moments. They are my biggest motivation and my greatest blessing.
